the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and water provided i found the reception staff helpful especially during check in and check out the gym is open 24/7 which suited my schedule. there was a shopping mall across from the hotel this provided convenient access to necessities.
the balcony was not cleaned and the furniture on it was dusty.

The room included all amenities needed for studio living. i liked the chessboard provided. I played chess on the balcony. the infinity pool was about 5 feet deep and very well maintained.

I had a fantastic meal at the Khyber restaurant. Lalit looked after us very well. The food was VERY tasty and all the staff were friendly. The restaurant was nicely decorated with lovely views of the area!!!
The hotel tried to be family friendly, but it seemed more like an afterthought. The kids pool was the size of a pea.

The complimentary breakfast has many choices and the food was tasty. I also had food from the Indian restaurant and the pool bar. Everything was tasty and fresh.

Staff could not do enough for you. Anything you needed, they were there in minutes. Complimentary water was much appreciated and housekeeping knocked at the end of our stay.

The beach and outdoor infinity pool are amazing with lots of beach chairs. There is a lifeguard on the beach and by the pool. Sunbed service was great and efficient.

Bedrooms were very nice and spotlessly clean. The rooms are made up each day. Beds were so comfy that I barely remember being awake enough to appreciate them.

the hotel has both a beach and a pool that were well maintained. rooms were clean and serviced well. staff members were polite at the beach, the pool, the restaurant and at the reception. breakfast and dinner were included and both the buffet and the indian restaurant had really good food.
the wifi was not working in most areas and it was sketchy in the room.

the hotel is located opposite the nakheel mall which provides shopping and dining options. taxis were readily available and offered affordable transportation. i found that the location was very convenient for accessing nearby attractions.

the outdoor pool was large and provided sea views. there were many sun loungers available. the hotel also features an indoor pool. it has a private beach, and i found the lazy river enjoyable, though it was closed for a portion of my stay.

i found the location quite convenient near the shopping mall. access to the infinity pool and private beach was a plus. the breakfast had good quality and choice.
i noted some wear and tear in areas like the coffee machines. i also would have liked an improved menu at the poolside restaurant. my request for adjoining rooms was not met.
